Brand: Clinton CLINTON, USA
Model: STB-50D
Characteristic
Designed for testing large and slow moving cable designs.
The highest test voltage can reach 50KV
. equipped with bead chain electrodes or brush electrodes.
Summary
STB-50 50KV DC spark machine is suitable for detecting large and slow moving cables. The front panel can display the output voltage supplied to the test product. Operators can customize continuous high voltage mode (high voltage prompts "ON" when defects are found) or remove high voltage, and reset spark test relays from another location using remote switches if necessary.
Each pinhole will be displayed in the counter, when a defect occurs, it will trigger the relay, activate the external alarm lights and other mechanical parts. The STB-50D is equipped with a bead-chain combination and a 4-inch electrode brush, and the motor is placed in a metal housing that is interlocked by a hinge and fixed by a panel at both ends of the housing to ensure safety. The guide roller is placed at the end of each electrode control chassis.
